Olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
400gr crab meat
15gr olives, finely chopped
30gr capers, finely chopped
35gr almonds, pealed and chopped
Salt & Pepper
Pinch of oregano
10 crab shells
bread crumbs
butter
Preparation:
- In a hot pan, fry the onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and parsley and fry for about 10 minutes.
- Add the crab meat and when the mixture dries up a bit, add the olives, capers, and almonds. Season for taste with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Preheat the oven to 190C.
- Fill the shells with the crab mixture and top with a little bit of butter and sprinkle with some bread crumbs.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
