Champagne and Rose Petal Ice-Pops

These babies are not only flavor, but certainly a passion explosion. Elegant, bubbly, surprisingly fresh, and smell like roses. Oh and you better hand them into your victim's hand (or mouth) right away or else it's sweet champagne all over (which on the other hand wouldn't be so bad either ;)

You still need to work your charm, as always, but I guarantee you one thing that can be pretty powerful; and element of surprise. And here is the how to:

Ingredients

1/2 glass of Champagne
1/3 glass of freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice
1/4 glass of Rose Water
1/2 freshly squeezed small yellow lemon
1 organic rose (only the petals )

Tools

Cake pops form
Pop sticks

Preparation

Mix together the champagne, grapefruit juice, rose water , and lemon juice.

Fill the bottoms of the cake pops form with the champagne mixture and add on rose petal on top. Cover and place in the freezer for an hour till they become ice.

Fill the desert decorator with the rest of the mixture and inject it into the form to fill up the pops with the rest of the champagne mixture.

Insert the sticks and place back in the freezer overnight.

When ready for the big surprise. Take them out and pop the surprise.

Tips

Since organic rose petals  are hard to find, you may improvise a bit with a fresh raspberry or a rose petal jam.
