Champagne and Rose Petal Sorbet


Brain freeze or heart freeze? 

This is a good variation to the Champagne and Rose Pops. Same product, different package. You tell me if the same experience.



Ingredients

1/2 glass of Champagne 
1/3 glass of freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice
1/4 glass of Rose Water
1/2 freshly squeezed small yellow lemon
1 organic rose (only the petals )

Preparation


Mix together the champagne, grapefruit juice, rose water , lemon juice, and a few chopped rose petals (you can use dried ones too).

Fill an ice cube form with the champagne mixture and freeze for a couple hours. 

Crush the ice cubes in a blender and serve in tall glasses or a cone with a straw. 

Decorate with fresh rose petals.

Tips

Since organic rose petals  are hard to find, you may improvise a bit with a fresh raspberry or a rose petal jam. You can also use dried organic rose petals.
