Ginger Limonade


Ginger is a natural body tonic and lime is just pure vitamin C.  This drink may just create one of the most refreshing moments you will experience this summer.  It will leave your body clean, fresh, and happy.



Ingredients:

2 inch peeled and chopped fresh ginger

juice of 2 limes (or lemons)

1/2 to 1 liter of water

Sugar is optional (I don't use it, it's bad of you and fattening)

Preparation:

1.  Blend all the ingredients together on high speed for about 3 minutes.

2.  Strain the liquid to separate the ginger pulp and refrigerate.

3.  Serve with ice and a mint leave or lime or ginger for decoration.
