Buenos Aires: Friday

I think it’s time to visit Tigre and the delta of the Plata river. You can get to Tigre by the picturesque Tren de la Costa with eleven stations on the way each offering a variety of tourist attractions including history, art displays, shopping, site seeing and more. The end station is the Delta, where you will also find access to Parque de la Costa, Casino, Handicraft Market, and access to various water sports. Here are some useful facts:

Distance travelled: 15.4km

Stations visited: MaipĂș, Borges, Libertador, Anchorena, Barracas, San Isidro, Punta Chica, Marina Nueva, San Fernando, Canal and Delta

Operating hours: from 8am to 11pm leaving every 20 minutes

Contact info: Tel.: (54-11) 4002-6000, http://www.trendelacosta.com.ar/

Another option to visit the Delta is to go sailing and/or fishing and spend whole day or even weekend on the boat. This is perfect for the summer. Check out some options for Delta Tours and Fishing.

BA night out

For dinner you can check out Asia de Cuba in Puerto Madero and the club for Friday is Shampoo in Recoleta.

For the lovers or electronic music go to Pacha, Crobar or Bahrein
